Wendy O. Koopa is a minor antagonist in the Starshine Carly series. She is Bowser Junior's older sister, Roy's younger sister, and Bowser's only daughter.

Why She Can't Get Away With Anything At All

1. For starters, she is a mean-spirited jerk who always gets people in trouble and/or beaten up by her father, Bowser.
2. She acts like a spoiled brat almost all the time. And is a stereotypical mean popular girl, due to the way she dresses and sounds.
3. Her voice is incredibly irritating and obnoxious to listen to. She sounds even worse when she yells and/or screams.
4. When Bowser Junior introduces her to his friends, she called Cody a nerd, and called Joseph a weakling, which was so uncalled for.
5. Speaking of Cody, she is displayed to be a pedophile, as she has a crush on Cody. Cody is 15, and she is 18.
6. Here are the bad stuff she did.
   • She stole popcorn from Willow Warthog and even threw her own father's lotion on the ground. This caused Bowser to ground Willow Warthog, despite the fact he is not her father.
   • She stole her father's Skittles and gave them to Thunder, this caused Bowser to beat him up.
   • She shot Bowser's TV with a gun and gave it to Black Yoshi, this also caused Bowser to beat him up.
   • And last but not least, she threw Chef Pee Pee's chicken on the ground and got him beaten up by Bowser.
7. She is a Karma-Houdini, as she gets away with all of the bad things she did.
   • She even admitted that she did all of these bad things, due to Bowser Junior, Joseph and Cody overhearing her talking about the bad stuff she did.
   • The fact that she is a Karma-Houdini makes Caillou, Peppa Pig, and Bendy from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends look like devils in comparison.

Redeeming Qualities

1. She did get karma at the end of the episode for trying to steal a cookie.
2. Her design is cute and nice to look at.
3. She can be nice to Bowser Junior and his friends sometimes, and is often nice to her father, Bowser all the time.
