Why He Sucks

1. He is very mean-spirited.
2. He is a rip-off of Bob the Bulldog from Oggy and the Cockroaches and unlike said character, He doesn't have his likeable or reasonable moments.
3. He is beating up with Doggy Don and Colonel.
4. His design looks too much like Scooby Doo
5. He has lame voice acting.
6. He is badly animated.

Redeeming Quality

1. He didn't appear in the films.
2. He and Doggy Don have the least bad designs.
