LaCienega Boulevardez is Penny Proud's arch-rival turned friend of Hispanic descent, and is a supporting character in the Disney Channel series, The Proud Family, and a major character in its movie, The Proud Family Movie. She is beautiful, wealthy and has been voted by her peers as the most popular girl in school. She best became known for starting a rumor about Penny and a nerdy boy named Myron Lewinski because she was mad that Penny didn't invite her to a party she threw. She is voiced by Alisa Reyes.
