Media of origin: Henry Danger

Trent Overunder and Mary Debbie Gapperman are the newscasters from Henry Danger. They like to interrupt broadcasts to tell the people of Swellview about the stuff happening like the gas leaking out and the astronauts stuck in space.

Why They Suck

Overall

  1. They keep interrupting stuff for no reason and are only used as filler starting with Season 3.
    • In "Space Invaders", they interrupted Piper's commercial breaking in with a news report and they don't report on anything new at all. They were just talking about the same situation in the episode.
  2. Trent and Mary are always mean to each other.
  3. Their puns are terrible.
  4. The crew of Henry Danger used the dumb blonde stereotype on Mary.
  5. Evelyn Hall, the reporter on the street, is no better.
  6. They usually don't give out good information.
  7. Mary saying that her co-worker's wife left him for a more attractive, wealthier man is really mean.
  8. Trent's singing in Henry Danger: The Musical isn't that good.
  9. Like Brian from Family Guy, they both know they're snobby and they just keep doing what they do!

Trent

  1. He takes his hatred for Bordertown way too far at times.
  2. He's always interrupting Mary. (Even though he's more tolerable than her.)

Mary

  1. Depending on your point of view, she is portrayed as the dumb blonde stereotype.

Redeeming Qualities

Overall

  1. Some of their news broadcasts can be helpful to the people of Swellview.

Trent

  1. As mentioned above, he is far more tolerable than Mary.

Mary

  1. While Trent's singing is bad, Mary's is kinda decent.
