Clayton 'Clay' Middleinitial Puppington is the main antagonist of the series. He is the son of Arthur Puppington and Angela Puppington, the husband of Bloberta Puppington and the strict, abusive, and alcoholic father of Orel Puppington and Shapey Puppington who tries to keep his home in line with a 1950's style of living. He hates his job as mayor of Moralton, as well as his children, marriage, and father.
