Hi SuperStreetKombat,
Following a report to Miraheze Stewards by your fellow administrator on this wiki, DarkMatterMan4500, of likely user accounts policy violations (i.e., ban evasion) by Ihatelynnloudjr2, I have globally locked their alternate accounts, but not their primary account and provided them appropriate guidance at their user talk page on Meta. However, there was one non-unified user account, Hatelynnloudjrok, which exists on this wiki alone. As such, it cannot be globally locked until the user logs into the account. If you, DarkMatterMan4500, and/or others are concerned the user may attempt to use that account, I can be requested by you and/or your local wiki community to merge that non-unified account into one of the globally locked accounts. For the time being, though, I will leave that as is.
Separately, I noticed that you revoked the user's user talk page access when you applied the block. As that is certainly your right, I wanted to provide you the same recommendation I provided to DarkMatterMan4500 in terms of a procedural best practice with regard to blocking, and that is to leave talk page access open for at least one or ideally two appeals, then revoke the talk page access if the appeals become a waste of time or are otherwise having diminishing returns. Anyway, something for you to consider, and to consider discussing with fellow administrators in terms of implementing a potential administrative procedural change to your wiki's blocking policy/guidelines (assuming such exists).
Thank you very much,
