Honestly it should be written do not add anything related to their Voice actor/actor as a bad quality Voice actor/actor has 0 effect on the character.
Okay, I'll elaborate on that rule. I will, however, add that a voice actor's performance is allowed as a quality, but not what they did outside of voice acting such as politics and the like.
