He's a Gary Stu who serve no purpose in the story and is only there just to pad out the running time of both movies.
His interesting character arc where he is recovering from PTSD is ruined because when he actually sees Zartog, the whole reason he has PTSD when in reality, some people may make more likely to develop PTSD after a traumatic event, such as: Having a job that increases your risk of being exposed to traumatic events, such as military personnel and first responders.
He became much dumber and unlikable in the infamous direct-to-DVD sequel as he gives Zartog a tour in the space center and stupidly lets him enter mission control only for him to get his hands on the Wii remote with IPod Buttons-like de-particler and erase the humans working in mission control without even knowing that Zartog nearly got him and the chimps killed in the first movie.
Despite being one of the main "heroes" of the Space Chimps duology, he is shown to be working for Zartog at times like where he once give him driving lessons on Malgor and even a tour of the space center only for him to get revenge on Ham and the rest of the chimps.
He's an stereotypical Patrick Warburton-voiced dumb muscle man who does stupid things for comedy.
He doesn't received any punishment for letting Zartog took over the space center where the three scientists heled at besides being called out by the chimps and Kilowatt for his actions.
Terrible voice acting from Patrick Warburton who voice Joe Swanson in Family Guy, Kronk in The Emperor's New Groove, Brock Samson in The Venture Bros., Flynn in Skylanders and Hugo Vasquez in Tales from the Borderlands.
Speaking of, he's pretty much a rip off of Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove without the charm that Kronk has and instead outright annoying and lazy.
He's pretty much lazy in the films as he barley does anything to stop Zartog expect the climax of the first movie.
Each time he's on-screen he does something unfunny, annoying or just downright obnoxious.
Overuse of scenes of him sleeping which shows how useless Titan really is.
Much like everyone else in the sequel, he never even notice the rocket being blast of by Comet, though to be fair, he was never involved in that scene along with the other 4 chimps.
His character design is decent despite being mediocrely animated.
He did save Ham and Luna from Zartog by tricking him into using the controls of the machine only for him to air jump and fall into the metal liquid in the first movie.
