She's the worst character in the show. She gives harsh sentences. In The Parent Rap, she got Homer and Bart tethered, Homer and Marge having their heads and hands locked up in wooden pillories and even being slapped in their asses from cars going by and they got laughed at by Nelson. In Barting Over instead of Marge divorcing Homer for stealing Bart's money, Judge Harm decides to emancipate Bart by making him stay at a place with no food and no water and a rat that scares him. In Brake My Wife Please, she takes Homer's license by destroying it with a guillotine and feeding the remains to her dogs. In On a Clear Day I Can't See My Sister she extended the restraining order that Lisa filed against Bart from 20 feet to 200 feet which forced Bart to live outside all because Bart made fun of her husband.
Now we all know about Lisa starts to becomes really political during season 16-30 I was curious what you guys think is the first episode when Lisa goes SJW mode.
On A Clear Day I Can't See My Sister is when she was at her worst.
Surely the more likable and sympathetic traits of Lisa outweighed the not so likable moments in-between seasons 7-15, right?
She got worse after season 15 as well.
Because I've been watching the early seasons of The Simpsons recently, and Lisa was just as insufferable in the early seasons as she is now. She expresses knowledge that no kid her age, not even a smart one, would know or care about, such as when Texas was admitted to the Union, what a revolver is, what religion cowboys were or what Schadenfreude is. Like... did you know any of that stuff as a kid?
Yeah the worst thing she's done is getting her brother to sleep outside by having Judge Harm extend the restraining order.
It has been a common thing in the fandom of this show to have these preferences:
Homer: Mixed
Marge: Mixed
Bart: Good
Lisa: Bad
Maggie: ...Okay?
The show went downhill when Judge Harm was introduced.
Also, Inkster deleted the page called "Bart Simpson (Modern)" because "Bart is always supposed to be unlikeable.". What do you think about that?
