If it's okay with you, I'd like to recreate this page. Not because he's an antagonist, but because he's not very well-written. He's supposedly the "main antagonist" even though he just happens to a talented racer, and never really did anything evil. As a result, he comes across as a generic jerk character with little-to-no personality or development. Say what you want about Chick Hicks, but at least he had comedic traits that made him partially entertaining. Storm didn't have any such traits.

Sure, he also pointless tried to ram Cruz into the side of the racing ring, failing to realize that he still would have a pretty impressive winning steak. He's also another portrayal of pre-character development Lightning but without his own character arc, and despite being the supposed threat, he barely gets any screen time or lines. Seriously, Sterling got more development than him, and he's not even the main antagonist!
