I fell like we should add Angelica Pickles in this wiki. Because we all know that she is the most hated character in Rugrats.

Hey. Now that Angelica is done (her young Rugrats self), I would like to focus on Kimi and Tommy’s younger brother Dil next. The BTSW page of Rugrats says, in the Bad Qualities, that they can be annoying depending on anyone’s view, but those 2 were nowhere near as bad as Angelica was. So, if they should be on this wiki, we can put them in the Average Characters section. (Just their young Rugrats selves, as like with Angelica, I plan on putting their All Grown Up older kid selves on Great Characters Wiki, since they grew to be more likable and less annoying.)
Despite his popularity, I really hate how rude he talks to other women, his own mom, and grandfather. The way he got the ability to stop time is forced, out of nowhere, sudden, and jump in the shark.

I don't actually watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventure either. Looks kind of boring. I've seen some clips about him, I mean, he does care about his family and friends, but his attitude towards other characters, he's very rude most of the time and he's almost a Gary-stu.
I have no problems with watching it. I don't mind Jotaro's attitude towards women since it's (not sure what degree) reminiscent of mine. The primary reason is that I'm selective with people especially bitches.
Im 16 and I watched all the Devilman OVAs, Shin Cutie Honey and Re:Cutie Honey which are much more explicit (those shows/OVAs contain explicit violence and nudity). I also watched A Serbian Film.

I might also remodel her page in my sandbox, but it will look better and will look like it’s not an ugly villain page. And also, I honestly don’t think her flaws are intentional.

You could say so, but it's been proven that she's very hard to watch on screen and she sometimes ruins the experience of watching the shows for viewers, something unlikable villains usually aren't able to do.

That kind of thing is only reserved for self-aware characters, and even if she was self-aware, I generally disagree with the idea of a self-centered character in an article talking about why they suck, or any character in general.
