“PHOTOBOMB! Don't Miss It!” Just...Screw her please
Gender: Female
Type: Annoying Internet Personality
Species: Human

Media of origin: Marvel's Spider-Man (2018)

Screwball is a minor antagonist in 2018 PlayStation 4 exclusive video game Marvel's Spider-Man. She acts as the main antagonist of her side mission Internet Famous, and as a major antagonist in the DLC episode trilogy The City that Never Sleeps.

Why She Sucks

  1. She is an egotistical and annoying villain whose motivation is to gain popularity on social media by endangering people's lives.
  2. Her comic book counterpart was already disliked by many fans, what made the writers think that her inclusion would please fans?
  3. Her side missions are extremely tedious and repetitive with little-to-no variety.
  4. The photobomb feature in her missions is very repetitive and feels like such a chore to do.
  5. The way she screams photobomb will get on your last nerve, and it doesn't help that her lines are repeated throughout her missions.
  6. Her dialogue is cringeworthy and unfunny, as she makes references to memes and dated internet trends such as flossing, calling herself the queen of memes, using the “it's over 9,000” meme from Dragon Ball Z, and quoting Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars.
  7. Most of DLC side missions involve her, making it feel like she was added to The City That Never Sleeps expansion just for filler.
  8. In the Silver Lining DLC, She interrupted a phone call conversation between Spider-Man and MJ to tell him that she's back, meaning that the game forces the player to do her side missions.
  9. Her defeat is really anticlimactic. Spider-Man just chases after her and pounces on her.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. She was at least accurate to the comics.
  2. Although her defeat is anticlimactic, At least Spider-Man put an end to her causing trouble.
  3. She's not a bad as Silver Sable.
