Sally Watson is the mother of Charlie and Otis Watson. Her first husband died unexpectedly of a heart attack but she eventually found another partner, Ron. Charlie felt that Sally's moving on meant that she had forgotten about her father, leading to an extremely tense relationship between the two.

She is portrayed by Pamela Adlon, known for her role as Bobby Hill from King of the Hill.

Why She's Not A Good Mom

1. She is a very bossy and rude mother to Charlie and even Otis as well showing no sympathy for her daughter after Charlie lost her dad.
2. She doesn't seem that upset after Charlie's dad died of a heart attack.
