Although initially portrayed as having a distaste and dislike for the Krusty Krab, he is shown to be fond of the restaurant at the end of the episode.

Noodlemanː He is shown to have a rather hostile and nasty attitude, as he is not afraid to give blunt, unprofessional feedback to his employees or those who seek a job at his restaurant. He also kidnaps SpongeBob to use him for financial gain, showing his criminal side.

Why Their Careers And Food are Ruined

    Overall

    1. They are all unlikeable, pointless, filler one time antagonists who thankfully never appear again.
    2. They all kidnap SpongeBob after making Weenie, Pizza, Taco, and Noodle Patties.
    3. Before that, they don't give SpongeBob's patties a chance and fire him instantly, not realizing they would become a big hit.
    4. They also literally almost ripped SpongeBob's limbs off by pulling them just to capture him again which is attempted dismemberment.
    5. Because of the reasons overall and the characters reasons individually, they are all considered to be a few of the worst characters from SpongeBob along with Le Spatula, Puffy Fluffy, and Craig Mammalton just to name a few.

    Mister Weiner

    1. For starters, much like Pizza Pete, Senor Taco, and Noodleman, he is only filler for the episodes he's in serving nothing to them whatsoever.
    2. He is sort of a ripoff of Squidward, as he falls victim to slapstick and abuse.
    3. He has no alignment with any of the others, only his goons.
    4. Speaking of his goons, he made them do his dirty work for him and capture Spongebob.
    5. Additionally, he didn't even give SpongeBob's weenie patties a chance and fired him after his distaste, which is the most of many obvious ways to tell he's mean-spirited.
      • Later in the episode, Mister Weiner has his thugs kidnap SpongeBob from his home and forces him to cook more Weenie Patties due to his customers' fondness for them, even though he previously threw the patties on the floor.
      • He also has a criminal record, as he falsely imprisons SpongeBob by chaining him to the grill and kidnapping him against his will.
    6. Heck, you'll even see that he has no purpose in "Captain Pipsqueak", you could even replace him with another citizen and it wouldn't make a difference.
    7. He only has one major role and here on out, he's reduced to background character.

    Pizza Pete

    1. He is shown to have a hostile and nasty side.
    2. Additionally, he didn't even give SpongeBob's Pizza Patties a chance and fired him after his distaste, which is the most of many obvious ways to tell he's mean spirited.
    3. He also has a criminal record, as he falsely imprisons SpongeBob forcing him to work at his restaurant, since it turns out that his customers were fond of the Pizza Patties.
    4. Later in the episode, Pizza Pete ties SpongeBob's hands with the breadstick and kidnaps him in an attempt to rehire him because supposedly the customers really liked the Pizza Patties.
    5. Hypocrisy: When he says that Mr. Krabs is a greedy jerk, (although this can be true especially in seasons 6-10) he is also similar to that gesture.
    6. He is a character that appears one time and than never again.

    Señor Taco

    1. His personality is rather blunt, as he is not afraid to give SpongeBob unprofessional feedback on the quality of his food, and goes as far as to kidnap him at one point.
    2. When SpongeBob's Burrito Patties turn out to be successful (despite the only one he made spraying the customers in the face), he kidnaps SpongeBob, but is stopped by the Killer Krabby Patty.
    3. Just like Pizza Pete, is a character that appears once and never again.

    Noodleman

    1. He, like Senor Taco, is shown to have a rather hostile and nasty attitude, as he is not afraid to give blunt, unprofessional feedback to his employees or those who seek a job at his restaurant.
    2. He also kidnaps SpongeBob to use him for financial gain, showing his criminal side.
    3. Later in the episode, Noodleman swipes SpongeBob with giant chopsticks because supposedly the customers really liked the Noodle Patties (even though he threw the only one at Spongebob) and tries to rehire him.
    4. Much like the last two, he is a pointless one-time character that never appears again.

    Enthusiastic Redeeming Qualities

    1. Their voice actors seen above do a fine job voicing them.
    2. Their designs are fine.
    3. They all got their comeuppance when they was attacked by the killer krabby patty (Squidward) and when Weiner got hit by the bus.
    4. Thankfully, they all (except Wiener) never appear again.

    Mister Wiener

    1. He can be funny at times with his expressionless personality.
    2. "Well, you do look enthusiastic" is actually a kind of funny line, and the biggest example of this.
    3. The voice actors as seen above do a fine job voicing him.
    4. Even though he's appeared more than once, he is as a cameo.

    Pizza Pete

    1. It's understandable why he dislikes the krusty krab, as Mr. Krabs can be a Greedy jerk at times.
    2. His design and costume are pretty good.
    3. Clancy Brown does a decent job voicing him.
    4. He is the most tolerable of the four, being slightly less mean spirited than the other three.

    Señor Taco

    1. He at least gives the burrito patty a test before firing SpongeBob, the reason being biting into the patty causes the meat inside the burrito to spray out the sides.
    2. Carlos Alazraqui does a good job voicing him.
    3. "Who'd like to taste it? "

    Noodleman

    1. The part where he threw the noodle patty despite being mean spirited is a little funny.
    2. His design like the other three is pretty neat.
    3. Doug Lawrence does a fine job voicing him.
