Melvin is a one-time character who appeared in The Fairly OddParents! episode "Old Man and the C-"

Why He's Not Cool For School

1. He is just basically a stereotypical character who loves anyone, especially Mr. Turner, to be "cool for school".
2. He costed Mr. Turner to skip school, just because he calls him "too cool for school", which explains why he failed "Are You brighter Than A 6th Grader" game show.
3. This also cause Mr. Turner to cut classes, despite attempting to learn in school.
4. His line "too cool for school" can be a bit annoying, despite only appearing a few.
5. His young appearance can be a bit uncanny due to pimples in his face.
6. Dee Bradley Baker did a poor job voicing as him.

Redeeming Qualities

1. His adult appearance is decent.
2. The show could be better without him.
3. Mr. Turner and Timmy beating up Melvin after the former shuts him up was a sign of getting a comeuppance.
