Lynn: "My team has been dominating all season, then the one time you show up, we lose!"

Lynn: "Yeah-huh, you are! Which is why I'm banning you from all future games. Now scram! I have to make things right with the softball gods."
    — Quote from the infamous "No Such Luck" that destroyed Lynn Jr. as a character.

Lynn Loud Jr. is one of the titular main characters of The Loud House. She is a 13-year-old girl (14 as of season 5), the fifth-oldest child in the Loud family, the youngest of Lincoln's older sisters, and occasionally acts as an antagonist/anti-villainess. She is voiced by Jessica DiCicco.

    Loser Qualities

This page addresses the first, second, and fifth seasons of The Loud House, so do not add any loathsome moments or discuss problems from the third or fourth seasons.

    1. She has a habit of turning everything into a competition and is occasionally Lincoln's arch-rival.
    2. She seems to be more of an anti-hero rather than a full-on good person, as her behavior makes her such a purely arrogant jerk. She has played a villainous role in some episodes that make her look more like a Jake Paul wannabe.
    3. She rarely shows any respect to her siblings (except for Lucy on some occasions) before season 3, relying on violence to get what she wants, and threatening them if they still refuse to obey her.
    4. She has had little to no character development before season 5, except for a few instances such as her backstory in "Middle Men" and when she had a brief crush on Francesco in "L is for Love".
    5. She's quick to jump to conclusions for the most part, so much so that she manages to give Lincoln a good run for his money.
    6. She also notably suffers the worst flanderization since season 5 as she started to become way more aggressive to her friends and family (especially Lincoln).
    7. She constantly either blames people (usually Lincoln) or throws in the blame game on people over things that are entirely out of their control, things that make her a hypocrite because of a thing or two that can count as all of her fault, or things they did no wrong (like from the episode "No Such Luck").
    8. She mostly has a very selfish attitude (especially in her worst episodes) that often doesn't make her fit for sports.
    9. She also refuses to accept that winning isn't everything (mostly in the first two seasons before "Net Gains" and "Cow Pie Kid").
    10. She is also intolerably gross in some instances, particularly in the season 1 episode "Space Invader", Lynn lets out a big fart in bed and smothers Lincoln under the covers in what she refers to as a "Dutch oven" as mentioned above in. She's also seen twerking in some episodes.
    11. When she gets episodes to herself, she's a total bad sport, always to the point where she becomes an all-out bully or an absolute jerk. Even when episodes are not centered around her, these traits are often still present, usually for the sake of “comedy.” Example include:
      • In "Space Invader", she moved into Lincoln's room and doesn't appear to care about how Lincoln feels about her messing with his belongings, as well as doing many gross and sometimes dangerous actions just for her enjoyment.
      • In "No Such Luck", she blames Lincoln for causing her to lose at a softball game, which she forced him to attend by threatening to beat him up with a baseball bat. Even when Lincoln manages to prove he is not bad luck to his family by wearing a squirrel mascot costume to her next game, Lynn gives a very half-baked insincere apology. Not to mention, Lynn started the rumor over something very minuscule, which makes her appear as a sore loser who can't accept winning and will go to extreme lengths to antagonize whoever she thinks was the reason behind her loss when in reality she only has herself to blame for it.
      • In "Lynner Takes All", she beats her siblings in competitions and rubs it in their faces afterward. When she loses, she tries to beat all of her siblings by turning everything into a contest (even the ones not worth competing for like brushing teeth (which caused her tooth to fall), snoring, drinking, etc.).
      • In the season 5 premiere, "Schooled!," she abused her hall monitor status by shoving Lincoln into a locker and making him late to class and getting him in trouble for it. She even shoved Lincoln's friends Zach and Rusty in lockers for not having hall passes and just acts like a bully instead of what she's supposed to be doing and gets no punishment.
      • In "Diamonds Are For Never," she boos Lincoln after he shows off one of his magic tricks and succeeds in proving it was all staged. Here, it is revealed that she has a hatred of magic shows. She attacks and beats up Lincoln for cleaning her socks with his magic trick, which just makes her appear as a killjoy for taking the fun out of something her brother enjoys doing.
      • She was at her ‘’’absolute worst’’’ in The Taunting Hour, where she couldn’t brush off Scoots’s insults, and she eventually blamed Lincoln for no reason and barely apologized!
      • In "Time Trap!," she also and the rest of her siblings break their parents' wedding vase that was a gift, and at Rita and Lynn Sr.'s wedding, they act stupid and they don't get rid of the vase, where they then wreck the wedding by telling the people there what to do, and not focusing on their plan instead. In addition, as a result of this, she also fades away (which also does happens to Lori Luna, Luan, Lincoln, Lucy, Lola, and Lana, all because of a broken vase, of which she points that out. In the end, Lisa also fixes everything before the kids disappear forever and Leni and all of the Loud siblings come back, where their parents come home and ground them because of this, they tell them that they want to live for as long as they can, they hug their parents, and Lisa sees and figures out in horror that the picture of Rita and Lynn Sr.'s wedding has Lily in it now.
      • In "A Dish Come True", she inmaturely puts her siblings in the freezer and fights over at Lynn's Table.
    12. She frequently nicknames Lincoln "Stinkoln" (especially in season 5), a name coined by Lane Loud (the gender-bent version of Luan) in the season 1 episode "One of the Boys". Though some people don't mind this or even find it funny, to others it may come off as grating, repetitive, and a joke that has overstayed its welcome. She has said it less often and has admittedly toned it down as of season 6, however, calling Lincoln "Lincoln." almost every time, however. She also doesn't call him this in The Really Loud House and isn't aggressive to him in that series.
    13. Despite WQ#7, her character design can look uncannily off-putting to some people.
    14. Similar to Lincoln, Clyde, Liam, Zach, Rusty, Stella, Lisa, and Luan, she has been getting too many episodes as of season 5. Lynn's episodes in seasons 5-present also are:
    15. Her voice in the infamous A Loud House Christmas, Morgan McGill, shockingly barely sounds anything like her original actress. In the upcoming Really Loud House, she is one of three characters in the family whose actor ended up being replaced, while most of them are staying the same.

    Winner Qualities

    1. She is starting to become a more tolerable character as she starts improving bit-by-bit during seasons three and four, especially when the reason she acts the way she does is explained in a couple of episodes. She also is more tolerable and likable in The Loud House Movie, A Loud House Christmas, The Really Loud House, most of seasons 6, all of season 7, and A Really Haunted Loud House.
    2. She oftentimes shows respect to Lucy before season 3, her younger sister and roommate.
    3. There are also a sizable amount of episodes where she is supportive and likable and there are also some episodes where she apologizes, like in "No Such Luck," "Lynner Takes All," (depending on your view) and "Net Gains." For a complete list:
      • In the series premiere, "Left in the Dark," she is going downstairs to watch a sports game on TV. She then sees Lincoln hold a football that starts floating. She then says "I demand more!" in an excited manner. Later, she is downstairs with the rest of her siblings and gets scared when there is a "ghost" (which is dirty laundry). Later, she races up to the couch to see who can get the remote. She then cheers up Lincoln with the rest of her siblings, sits down on the couch alongside her siblings except Lucy, and then gets scared by her when she pops out of nowhere.
      • In "Driving Miss Hazy", she says "Ah, you're teaching Leni to drive? Score! Can I help? I'm sick of sanding Lori's calluses! Ugh, barf!" She is also shown helping Leni trying to get her driver's license, and is later showing being tired of it, and is shown doing a sister salute later. Later, she is shown cheering for Leni driving the lawn mower.
      • In "Diss the Cook," Lincoln and Lynn team up to get to the bottom of why they both have been served bad food in the cafeteria, and also finally in season 5 calls Lincoln by his actual name, which does make up for her actions in the season 5 premiere "Schooled!".
    4. For her age, she is very skilled in martial arts, football, and other kinds of sports. This is probably because she comes from a large family.
    5. Her voice from Jessica DiCicco (who also voices other characters like Lucy, Zach, and Benny in "L Is for Love") is awesome.
    6. In "Hand Me Downer," she had a proper reason to be mad with Lincoln, because it was Lincoln's fault he took her bike without her permission and the fact that he lost it in the first place.
      • As seen in the season 3 episode "Middle Men", on her first day in middle school, she ended up in troublesome situations that made her both the school's laughingstock and punching bag. As a result, she thought that if she could act as tough as the other students, she could make it through her middle school years much easier.
      • At least in "Net Gains," she did get some character development and finally accepted that winning isn't everything.
      • In "Cow Pie Kid," she once again learned that winning isn't everything when she would let the team lose instead of risking injuring Liam's arm.
      • The writers have finally gotten rid of her superstitious behavior in season 5 (if not counting her dirty laundry as superstitious). However, she still does it, most likely since she has been doing it in her life. In addition, they did go the rest of the season without mentioning or showing it alongside referencing it.
    7. She deeply loves her siblings, despite how she treats them most of the time.
      • She also loves her friends and most of the people she meets.
    8. Her design is very cute and fits her personality as a tomboyish girl.
    9. She was receiving a very good amount of character development in seasons 3 and 4 since she started to learn from her lessons and started to become nicer to her family (except in a few episodes such as "A Fridge Too Far" and "Sitting Bull,") which made fans start to like her. Sadly, she was severely flanderized since season 5, but has gotten slight character development over time such as "Much Ado About Noshing", "Camped!," and she was even decent in "Lori Days."
    10. Her relationships with her siblings are nice most of the time when she's not being mean to them.
      • Her relationship with Mr. Grouse in "For Sale by Loner" is very touching.
    11. She is still shown to have a caring side for Lincoln, particularly in "Heavy Meddle" and "White Hare."
    12. She can have good or decent centered/solo episodes like:
    13. She does have a handful of funny moments in the series.
    14. The Loud House would admittedly probably not be as good as it is without her, as she plays a major role in most of the episodes and has played a huge part in the show.
    15. Depending on your view, Lynn Loud Jr.'s not a bad character at all, just flawed.
    16. In "Cheer Pressure," she joins the cheerleading team.
    17. She's occasionally more tolerable than her own brother.

    Trivia

    • Up until "Fandom Pains," Lynn attended middle school with her younger sister Luan. From "Fandom Pains" to "Coupe Dreams," she attended school with none of her siblings (alongside Lily). As of "Schooled!," she now attends a new grade (possibly and most likely 8th grade) with her younger brother Lincoln.
      • It was eventually confirmed in "The Loud House Super Sports Special" that she does attend 8th grade.
    • As it has not been revealed which grade she attended in the first four seasons, most people have speculated that she attended seventh grade.
