Jane is the main character who first appears in Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season Two and determinately returns in A New Frontier. Jane was a captive at Howe's Hardware and she escapes with Clementine's Group. She is a resourceful, opportunistic and cunning person who has managed to adapt very well to the harsh and unforgiving lifestyle of a survivor.

Jane has some traits of a nigh-sociopathic villain such as being self-serving, showing a lack of empathy for other survivors, having signs of being mentally unstable, and forcing her nihilistic and social Darwinistic points of view on "survival" onto Clementine. She will be the climax antagonist of the game depending on who the player sides with at the end. Jane appears in flashbacks alongside AJ and Clementine if you went with her at the end of "No Going Back".

    Why She Is Fucking Crazy

    1. She emotionally, and verbally attacks Kenny on many cases;
      • Calls Kenny a monster and says that he and Carver deserved each other.
      • Baits Kenny into attacking her where they’re fighting each other.
      • Slices Kenny’s stomach open and nearly gouges his eye out.
    2. She left her beloved sister Jaime to die. More specifically, it was Jane's decision to allow Jaime to give up and be eaten by walkers that made her so bitter.
    3. Her relationship with Clem can look unhealthy and it's implied that she wants Clem to be a surrogate for her dead sister.
    4. She showed little to no remorse for members of Clementine's group that were killed by Carver or the walker herd.
    5. She wanted to leave Sarah behind to die because she was a "liability".
    6. She got intimate with Luke while he was supposed to be on watch, which indirectly caused Sarah's death and put the group in danger, especially Rebecca's unborn child.
    7. She selfishly abandons the group, although she justifies this by claiming after what happened with Sarah, she doesn't want to see it happen to Clementine.
    8. She is responsible for Arvo and the Russian people ambushing Clementine's group, as she threatened to kill him if she ever sees him again, when she should have shot him.
    9. She disrespected Kenny's dead family and Sarita.
    10. Idiot move: Jane choosing to trick an already unhinged Kenny into believing that AJ was killed in order to convince Clementine that he's completely lost it was an incredibly stupid decision, as well as a deadly one which can result in her death, since it was her plan to anger Kenny so much that he snaps and tries to kill her.
    11. She hangs herself when she found out that Luke got her pregnant, showing that she is unwilling to take responsibility for her own child.

    Redeeming Qualities

    1. She taught Clementine how to defend herself from walkers.
    2. She helped the group escape from Howes and even takes out Troy, one of Carver's men.
    3. She helped Rebecca and Clementine get out of the Walker Herd in Episode 4.
    4. She came back and saved the group from Arvo's group.
    5. She helped take care of AJ, before she put his life in danger.
    6. She tried multiple times to warn Clementine of Kenny's mental deterioration, which she can ignore.
    7. She can get her comeuppances by letting Kenny kill her, or shoot Kenny but have Clem abandon Jane, making her sound completely destroyed when she says she did it for Clem and that she can't travel alone, but Clem couldn't care less.
