Elmyra Duff the secondary antagonist of Tiny Toon Adventures and later the protagonist of Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain. Her mentor is Elmer Fudd. She is shown to have a huge obsession with animals.

She is voiced by Cree Summer.

Why She is Intentionally a Pain

1. Her love for animals is very extreme and creepy, she is also seen abusing them like feeding them mud pies and keeping them in small cramped cages.
2. Her voice by Cree Summer can be very annoying to listen to, especially when she screams at the top of her lungs.
3. She is also the perfect example of the Creator's Pet since she has a ton of episodes from the show focused on her, not only that, but she even makes a guest appearance on Animaniacs and even has her own spin-off, Pinky, Elmyra, and The Brain.
4. She is seen abusing a lot of the characters from the show like Buster Bunny, Babs Bunny, Plucky Duck, Furrball, Fifi La Fume, and even Yakko, Wakko, and Dot from Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain.
5. She is extremely stupid and oblivious as she is very poor at taking care of animals.
6. She also throws tantrums whenever she doesn’t get her way and cries a lot.
7. She is also very destructive and accident-prone as well.
8. Her character started to become much more worse on Pinky, Elmyra, and The Brain, where she became even more stupider than she once was.
9. She was at her absolute worst on "Out of Odor" where she stalks Fifi La Fume because she thinks Fifi is a kitty when she keeps telling her that she (Fifi) is a skunk much to her (Fifi) annoyance.
10. She can't seem to take no for an answer, like in "Out of Odor" as mentioned above.
11. She has even killed some of her pets as seen on "Night of the Living Pets".
12. Every time she's on screen, she does something annoying, stupid, unfunny, or mean-spirited.
13. Elmyra is supposed to be a 13 year old, but she acts very immature for her age.
14. She even has a pleasure of torturing animals at times such as in "Hare Today, Gone Tomorrow" where she is seen doing an evil laugh not once, but twice.
15. She is also a terrible babysitter as seen in "Drooly Davey" where she abuses the baby Drooly Davey much to his dismay.
16. She even kidnaps baby animals such as a trio of lion cubs on the direct-to-video film "Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Summer Vacation".
17. She sometimes doesn’t get punished at all showing her Karma Houdini status.
18. She could qualify as a Mary Sue due to all these qualities.

Redeeming Qualities

1. Her design is cute, depending on your view.
2. She does get comeuppance every now and then, especially in "Hare Today, Gone Tomorrow".
3. There were some moments where she can be likable at times.
4. At least when she's not screaming at the top of her lungs, her voice performance by Cree Summer can be tolerable.
5. She can have her funny moments here and there.
6. She is likely meant to be hated for all her bad qualities.
