Bulma Briefs was a major character, later supporting character, in Dragon Ball, it's two sequels, Z and Super.

Bad Qualities

  1. She's selfish and spoiled, making everything about herself.
  2. She is paranoid of Yamcha cheating on her.
  3. During Dragon Ball Z, she has almost the same personality as Chi Chi.
  4. She is always whining. This is most noticeable during the Namek arc where there is no reason for her to even be there.
  5. She refuses to pack a spacesuit to Namek for anyone but herself. She later lectures Gohan and Krillin about stepping outside on Namek without checking the oxygen so she should have known they might need them.
  6. She has a self-serving memory, claiming that she always saving others when it's usually the other way round.
  7. She ungratefully has a go at Gohan because he took too long to save her from Namek falling apart.

Good Qualities

  1. She did create the Dragon Radar and is a genius inventor.
  2. She is good friends with Goku throughout the series.
  3. Just like every other Dragon Ball character, her design is okay.
  4. She is more likable in Future Trunks' timeline. If only because the world had been driven to hell thanks to 17 and 18.
  5. She was smart enough to point out that the Cell Saga would have been shorter if they had just the Dragon Balls to locate Dr. Gero's lab.
  6. Her voice actresses of both English and Japanese, like Monica Rial and the late Hiromi Tsuru, does a decent job voicing her.
  7. She's somewhat slightly more tolerable than Chi-Chi.
