Jimothy Brett-Charley III from the rumble film should have a character page here

I propose that we make another character page for a character from rumble named Jimothy. He is an antagonist from that film that is a generic spoiled rich boy who wants the stadium of stoker to be torn down and he was the one who orchestrated that plan. However the film decides to haphazardly shoehorn tentacular into the role of main antagonist and completely forgets about Jimothy, meaning that Jimothy is a karma Houdini who gets away with his spoiled behavior. He is also bland as a villain as all he does is act spoiled and talk on his cell phone a lot. All of this makes him a completely pointless character for the film I have many other reasons as to why he deserves such a page here if you let me. Only redeeming quality I can think of is that he has a good character design.
