Jesper Jefferson Wallace is a recurring background character who appears in Priority Lane and its adaptation Fallout Falls. He's voiced by Shaun L. Keller, who also voices the protagonist Adam McCallister.

Why He's Intentionally a Snitchy Snappy Sucker

1. First off, he can come off as a tattle-tale towards anyone around him, even if they aren't doing anything bad. In fact, he has been reporting everything towards the school and most of the locations in Fallout Falls, even in the pettiest situations.
2. His voice can get really annoying, excruciatingly grating and raspy, especially with his screaming, yelling and loud rants.

Weirdly Redeeming Qualities

1. Like other characters of Fallout Falls, he has a good design and is somehow fitting for a teenager who's 16-19 like Jesper.
