I know this is a bit off-topic for this wiki, but there's a very important issue I wanna bring up: I'm on another wiki-hosting site called ShoutWiki, which similar to sites like Miraheze and Fandom, and there's this wiki I've been contributing to lately called Weirdcyclopedia, which is a wiki that allows nearly complete freedom and is there for satirical and humorous purposes: http://weirdcyclopedia.shoutwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Main_Page&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop
However, the wiki has been having some serious problems such as vandalism, edit wars, and no administration whatsoever, all because Salarvander, the only admin there, left the wiki in December of 2022, and it's being ruined by two terrible users such as Leerdoman74 and -abigblueworld-, the latter who started the wiki's downfall after Salar retired without any announcement at all. You can click on this link to see the recent changes, and... I think the chaos is pretty self-explanatory. http://weirdcyclopedia.shoutwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&hidebots=1&limit=50&days=7&urlversion=2&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop
I've been waiting months to adopt the wiki so that I can fix all the problems there, and save it from a possibke closure, but a while ago, a staff member at ShoutWiki said that he'd rather shut the wiki down than grant any permission to adopt it because of that one edit war Leerdo started, and I've been trying and trying to make said staff member change his mind and improve the wiki as much as I can. http://www.shoutwiki.com/w/index.php?title=ShoutWiki_Hub:Wiki_Adoptions&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop#Weirdcyclopedia
I'm sorry for dragging you guys into this, and I didn't want this to happen, but Weirdcyclopedia is in grave danger because of two disruptive users, and I've been trying to get as much help as I can, heck, I even asked another Miraheze user @Collei to help me with the situation, but they're barely active on Miraheze anymore despite having been around since January 2023, so I'm hoping that some users here like @Suppai, @ShawnTehLogoBoi, and @CrazySpuiker2001 can actually assist me in keeping Weirdcyclopedia from shutting down, fix the problems that've been plaguing it, and punish users like Leerdoman74 and -abigblueworld- for their disruptiveness and causing the wiki to collapse.
