Billy Dilley is the main protagonist of The short-lived Disney Show, Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer. He is voiced by Aaron Springer.

Why He Sucks

  1. His voice is very nasally and obnoxious, and it wasted the talents of Aaron Springer.
    • In fact, his voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard.
  2. He's pretty much a copy of Phineas Flynn, as both are orange-haired and geniuses. However, unlike Phineas, Billy is more annoying and obnoxious.
  3. The actions he does are extremely questionable and make him look more like a sociopathic jerk who bullies his friends.
  4. He suffers little to no karma for his actions, even for getting his friends into trouble.
  5. He never shuts up, and that once almost got everyone to be slaves forever.
  6. Even the other Subterraneans are aware of how annoying he can be, Especially Count Wretcher. Heck, they even told him they are not his friends in the finale.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. He did have a point that they should go back and save the others, even after what they told him.
  2. He got some character development.
