    Adam Wilkins (Invincible)

    Adam Wilkins (Invincible)
If you think Amber is still bad after season 2, wait until you see this guy.
    Gender: Male
    Type: Good-for-nothing fatass father
    Species: Human
    Portrayed by: Fred Tatasciore
    Status: Alive
    Media of origin: ’’Invincible’’

Adam Wilkins is a minor character from Invincible and is the adoptive father of Samantha Eve Wilkins, also known as Atom Eve. He is voiced by Fred Tatasciore.

Why He's Intentionally a Bad Father

    1. For starters, he has been shown to emotionally abuse Eve, also known as Atom Eve, on some occasions. Not to mention he has no faith in Eve’s abilities. If you found out that your kid had superpowers, we can assure you that you would not act the same way as he did to Eve.
    2. When Adam is arguing with Eve in episode 2 of Season 2, he becomes ungrateful. And, as Atom Eve stated, he is stubborn.
    3. He regards cheating as a "mistake" and instructs Eve to forgive Rex. That scene alone demonstrates Adam is a poor father to Eve, and it only gets worse from here.
    4. He can also come off as misogynistic at times.
    5. Despite his minor appearances here and there, it doesn't change the fact that he's an absolute nuisance of a father.
    6. If you think it couldn't get even worse than this, he becomes even more of a lowlife in the comics.

    Redeeming Qualities

    1. Fred Tatasciore, who voices him, does an excellent job.
    2. Adam's design isn't half bad, despite having the same generic fat dad with white button-up design that many other popular dad characters outside of Invincible have. Sounds familiar?
    3. He actually doesn't have much screen time throughout the series.
    4. Actually, he becomes more in-depth in the comics, which is good, but that doesn't change the fact that he's still a bad father.
    5. He has been shown to be concerned for Atom Eve’s well-being sometimes; he just can't communicate his intentions properly.
