I don't know why he should be on the Loathsome Characters Wiki. Hardly anything loathsome about him. Maybe the Great Characters Wiki if you can manage to find enough qualities for him to write a page about him.

Well I don't hate Waluigi, but I do agree that he's a pretty unnecessary character and Piranha Plant is the perfect troll for the Waluigi fans who harassed Sakurai.
