Mindy is a character from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy who is portrayed as the popular girl at school and is Mandy's rival. She is voiced by Rachael MacFarlane.

Why She Intentionally Sucks

1. She acts like a huge mean popular girl and spoiled brat who treats everyone like slaves.
2. She is a huge jerk towards Mandy.
3. Her voice is extremely annoying to listen to.
4. She is mean to Irwin and Billy as well.
5. She doesn’t care about anyone and only cares about herself.
6. She tries to murder Mandy in "The Wrongest Yard".
7. She insulted Mandy's dog Saliva in "Mandy Bites Dog" before Saliva snaps at her.
8. She is also very dumb as well and has did several acts of stupidity that are on the same level as Billy's.
9. She gives everyone insulting nicknames.
10. She is pretty much a stereotypical popular school girl.

Redeeming Qualities

1. She does make a good antagonist towards Mandy.
2. She received punishment in most of her appearances.
